By accessing or using CVailor's AI resume builder service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Service Description

CVailor provides an AI-powered resume building service that creates ATS-optimized CVs based on user-provided information and job descriptions. Our service operates on a pay-per-CV credit system with no recurring subscriptions.

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Payment Terms

Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD
• Credits are purchased in advance and never expire
• Pricing is subject to change with notice

Refunds

We offer refunds on unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Once a credit is used to generate a CV, it is non-refundable. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Service Usage

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CVailor only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the service to create resumes for others commercially without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated scripts to abuse the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the information you provide to CVailor
• Generated resumes belong to you and may be used freely
• We do not sell or share your resume content with third parties

Intellectual Property

The CVailor platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by CVailor and protected by intellectual property laws. Our service name, logos, and branding are trademarks of CVailor.

Disclaimers

No Guarantees

While we strive to create high-quality, ATS-optimized resumes, we cannot guarantee:

• Interview calls or job offers
• That your resume will pass every ATS system
• Specific employment outcomes

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice.

Limitation of Liability

CVailor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits will be refunded upon account closure.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
